This is our PC performance guide for OFF, a RPG release by Mortis Ghost, Fangamer. It covers requirements, estimated FPS across 28 cards, memory needs, CPU and RAM advice, settings and what to expect on a gaming laptop.

Where it lands among 937 modelled titles, with a look at what that means for each class of card.
With a demand score of 8, OFF asks more of a GPU than 38% of the 937 games in our list. We call that undemanding.
The score is derived from the recommended GPU in the publisher requirements, GTX 960 or better, scaled to a 1080p High equivalent. It is a modelling choice rather than a measurement, so read it as a ranking more than a promise.
On the CPU side, OFF scores 21, ahead of 21% of the 937 modelled games.
Official minimum and recommended specs for OFF, translated into frame rates.
These are the developer figures on Steam, and patches can change them.
At the recommended level Steam gives GTX 960 or better. We estimate 81 FPS at 1080p and 52 FPS at 1440p on High. That is above 60 FPS at 1080p, so the recommended spec reads as a comfortable 1080p target.
Steam asks for Intel Core i5-6500 at the recommended level. That class of processor tops out near 100 FPS in OFF by our model.
Steam sets memory at 2 GB RAM minimum, 4 GB RAM recommended, and asks for 2 GB available space of storage.
The lowest GPU we tested that delivers each target in OFF, plus the first desktop RTX 50 card that does.

It was out for about 15 months when we wrote this guide, so expect patches and driver updates to move the numbers a little over time.
The facts above are from the public Steam store page. We have not benchmarked every card, so treat the frame rates on this page as estimates from our model.
A short, honest note on how the numbers are produced.
Three numbers drive this page: graphics demand 8 (from the recommended card), CPU score 21 (from the listed processor line) and VRAM of 2 GB at 1080p High (estimated from the demand score).
The model divides a card's performance score by the game demand, scaled for resolution, preset and DLSS, FSR or XeSS-style upscaling, with a penalty when memory runs short and a ceiling set by a fast reference processor.
Please read the figures as estimates rather than measurements. Drivers, game updates, temperatures and the part of the game you are playing can all move them.
The questions players ask most about OFF on PC.
Expect to need at least DX10 Capable, ideally NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 or better. Steam pairs that with Intel Core i5-6500 or better, and memory of 2 GB RAM (minimum) or 4 GB RAM (recommended). Storage needed is 2 GB available space.
Compare your GPU with the verdict table above, or enter your exact parts in our can my PC run it checker. In our estimates the first card to achieve 60 FPS at 1080p on High is the GTX 1060 6GB.
By our estimates the GTX 1060 6GB is the lowest card we tested that holds 60 FPS at 1080p on High, and the RTX 5050 is the first desktop RTX 50 card to do so.
At 1440p, 60 FPS on High starts with the GTX 1060 6GB. In the RTX 50 range that means the RTX 5050 or above.
The model gives 360+ FPS at 1080p and 261 FPS at 1440p on High. Its 8 GB of VRAM is comfortable at 1440p here, which means you can usually raise the settings.
The model shows 360+ FPS at 1440p on High and 360+ FPS once Quality DLSS, FSR or XeSS-style upscaling is on. Treat both as estimates.
The RTX 5050 is the entry point for 4K here, and only with Quality DLSS, FSR or XeSS-style upscaling switched on.
We estimate about 2 GB at 1080p, 2.6 GB at 1440p and 3.6 GB at 4K on the High preset. So 8GB is fine at 1080p and fine at 1440p. Use it as a guide and leave some memory spare.
The model suggests 2 GB (1080p), 2.6 GB (1440p) and 3.6 GB (4K) on High. The figure is derived from the publisher recommended specs; read it as a guide.
For the processor, Steam suggests Intel Core i5-6500 or better and lists Intel or AMD w/ SSE2 support as the minimum, and Core i3-12100F, Ryzen 5 3600, Core i5-12400F, Ryzen 5 5600 and faster should stay above 60 FPS by our estimates.
Memory runs from 2 GB RAM to 4 GB RAM. Allowing for Windows and everyday apps, 16 GB is a sensible target.
Plan for 2 GB available space of free space. Steam does not state an SSD requirement, but an SSD is recommended for loading times.
