Test your own GPU, CPU and settings in this game
This is our PC performance guide for Jurassic World Evolution 3, a Simulation and Strategy game by Frontier Developments. It covers requirements, estimated FPS across 28 cards, memory needs, CPU and RAM advice, settings and what to expect on a gaming laptop.

Where this game sits among 937 modelled titles, and what that means for different classes of GPU.
Across the 937 games we have modelled, Jurassic World Evolution 3 lands on a demand score of 38, ahead of 93% of them. In plain terms it is a demanding game for graphics hardware.
Behind the number is the publisher recommended card, RTX 2070 Super (8GB VRAM) / RX 6700 XT (12GB VRAM) / Intel Arc B580 (12GB VRAM), converted to an equivalent 1080p High workload. That makes the score comparable between games, though not exact for any single one.
Processor demand is rated separately: Jurassic World Evolution 3 scores 40 on our CPU scale, higher than 89% of the games we model.
Official minimum and recommended specs for Jurassic World Evolution 3, translated into frame rates.
Taken from the Steam store page; developers can revise these with updates.
The minimum card, GTX 1060 (6GB VRAM) / RX 5600XT (6GB VRAM) / Intel Arc A750 (8GB VRAM), is the floor Steam sets. In our model it manages close to 57 FPS at 1080p on Low settings, and 20 FPS if you push it to High.
The recommended card, RTX 2070 Super (8GB VRAM) / RX 6700 XT (12GB VRAM) / Intel Arc B580 (12GB VRAM), hits around 94 FPS at 1080p and 61 FPS at 1440p on High by our model. That is above 60 FPS at 1080p, so the recommended spec reads as a comfortable 1080p target.
For the processor, Steam names Intel i7-10700K / AMD Ryzen 7 5800. In our model a chip in that class can prepare close to 101 FPS in this game, so it will not hold back most mid-range cards.
Memory is listed as 16 GB RAM at minimum and 16 GB RAM recommended, with 25 GB available space needed on disk.
The lowest GPU we tested that manages each target in Jurassic World Evolution 3, plus the first desktop RTX 50 card that does.

| 4K 60 FPS, High with upscaling | RTX 5060 Ti 16GB | RTX 5060 Ti 16GB | RTX 4070, RX 7800 XT, RTX 4070 Super |
| 4K 60 FPS, Ultra with upscaling | RX 7800 XT | RTX 5070 Ti | RX 9070, RTX 4070 Ti Super, RX 9070 XT |
The lowest card we tested that holds 60 FPS at 1080p on High is the RX 6600, and the first desktop RTX 50 card to do it is the RTX 5050.
For a smooth 1440p on High you want at least the Arc B580. Within the RTX 50 range that means the RTX 5060 Ti 16GB or above.
4K is the hard case. With Quality upscaling enabled, the RTX 5060 Ti 16GB is where the RTX 50 range first manages 60 FPS on High.
Cards across NVIDIA, AMD and Intel are included. To test your own parts, open the can my PC run it checker, or see whether your processor limits you in the bottleneck checker.

These guides sit closest to Jurassic World Evolution 3 in our data, either because they share genres or because they are about as hard to run. The demand scores use one common scale.
Steam players rate Jurassic World Evolution 3 as Very Positive, with 93% of 7,792 reviews positive when we checked on 2026-11-02. Review scores say little about performance, but a large, positive audience means plenty of community advice on settings.
The game is out for close to 13 months. Updates from Frontier Developments and new graphics drivers can both change how it runs, so revisit your settings occasionally.
Details here come from Steam's public store listing. Frame rates here are modelled, since we have not tested the game on every card.
A short, honest note on how the numbers are produced.
For Jurassic World Evolution 3 the demand score of 38 comes from the recommended GPU, the CPU score of 40 from the listed processor line, and the VRAM figure of 8 GB at 1080p High is stated by the publisher.
In short: card performance divided by game demand, adjusted for resolution, preset and upscaling, reduced when VRAM is short and capped by processor speed.
Nothing on this page is a measured benchmark. Expect real frame rates to differ with drivers, updates and your own system, and treat the tables as a guide.
Quick answers about Jurassic World Evolution 3 requirements, GPUs, memory and settings.
Expect to need at least NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 (6GB VRAM) / AMD Radeon RX 5600XT (6GB VRAM) / Intel Arc A750 (8GB VRAM), ideally NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super (8GB VRAM) / AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT (12GB VRAM) / Intel Arc B580 (12GB VRAM). Steam pairs that with Intel i7-10700K / AMD Ryzen 7 5800, and memory of 16 GB RAM (minimum) or 16 GB RAM (recommended). Storage needed is 25 GB available space.
The quickest route is the can my PC run it checker. As a rule of thumb, the RX 6600 is the first card we tested that holds 60 FPS at 1080p on High.
For 60 FPS at 1080p on High you want at least the RX 6600. Among RTX 50 cards the RTX 5050 is the first to clear it.
The Arc B580 is the lowest card we tested that holds 60 FPS at 1440p on High, with the RTX 5060 Ti 16GB the first RTX 50 option.
Our estimate is around 99 FPS at 1080p and 43 FPS at 1440p with High settings. It has 8 GB of VRAM, which is tight for this game at 1440p, so lowering texture quality or using upscaling helps.
The model shows 101 FPS at 1440p on High and 151 FPS once Quality upscaling is on. Treat both as estimates.
The RTX 5060 Ti 16GB is the entry point for 4K here, and only with Quality upscaling switched on.
Memory use comes out at roughly 8 GB (1080p), 10.4 GB (1440p) and 14.4 GB (4K) on High, which makes 8GB tight at 1080p and not enough at 1440p. Leave some spare capacity.
Plan on close to 8 GB at 1080p, 10.4 GB at 1440p and 14.4 GB at 4K on High. It is a figure the publisher gives, not a measured value.
The recommended processor is Intel i7-10700K / AMD Ryzen 7 5800 and lists Intel i5-6600K / AMD Ryzen 5 2600 as the minimum. In the model, Core i3-12100F, Ryzen 5 3600, Core i5-12400F, Ryzen 5 5600 and faster keep a GPU fed above 60 FPS in this game.
The listing asks for 16 GB RAM minimum and 16 GB RAM recommended memory. In real use, 16 GB is a sensible target.
Steam gives an SSD as required or strongly advised. Plan for 25 GB available space of free space.
For laptops, RTX 5060 Laptop, RTX 5070 Laptop, RTX 5070 Ti Laptop, RTX 5080 Laptop, RTX 5090 Laptop stay above 60 FPS at 1080p on High at the power limits we assume, subject to TGP and cooling.
Start on High, turn on the best upscaling mode the game offers, then lower the heaviest settings such as shadows and volumetric effects. The settings table above gives a starting point for several cards.
It lands on 38 in our graphics demand scale (ahead of 93% of 937 games), a demanding result. The CPU score of 40 beats 89% of the set.
It depends on where you start. The upgrade table shows the gain at each step up the RTX 50 range at 1440p, so compare that with the price difference before you buy.
