Joy Media Limited developed SubZero, an Adventure/Simulation release that has been out for close to 6 months. Below you will find the published system requirements, modelled FPS for 28 graphics cards, graphics memory estimates, CPU and RAM guidance and a settings plan.

How this game ranks among 937 modelled titles, and what that means for different classes of graphics card.
With a demand score of 7, SubZero asks more of a graphics card than 28% of the 937 games in our list. We call that undemanding.
It comes from the recommended card on the Steam page (GTX 1050 or better), which we map onto a common performance scale and convert to 1080p High. Treat it as a relative guide.
On the CPU side, SubZero scores 32, ahead of 47% of the 937 modelled games.
The official specs for SubZero, compared with real graphics cards and processors.
Taken from the Steam store page; developers can revise these with updates.
At the bottom end, Steam lists GTX 1050 or better. That card manages roughly 140 FPS at 1080p on Low by our estimates, falling to close to 77 FPS on High.
Step up to the recommended GTX 1050 or better and the model returns roughly 77 FPS at 1080p and 50 FPS at 1440p. That is above 60 FPS at 1080p, so the recommended spec reads as a comfortable 1080p target.
Steam sets memory at 4 GB RAM minimum, 4 GB RAM recommended, and asks for 20 GB available space of storage.

RAM and disk space from the Steam page, with a practical view.
Memory first. Steam sets 4 GB RAM as the minimum and 4 GB RAM as the recommended amount. With Windows, a browser and a chat app open, 16 GB leaves comfortable headroom.
Free up close to 20 GB before you install. On a 100 Mbps connection the download is close to 31 min, and on 500 Mbps around 6 min.
Steam does not state an SSD requirement, so an SSD still improves loading times, but a hard drive should not stop the game launching.
Size your memory with the RAM calculator, which counts Windows, background apps and streaming on top of the game. Estimate the wait with the download time calculator.

Facts come from the public Steam store page. We have not tested the game on every card, so frame rates on this page are modelled estimates.
A short, honest note on how the numbers are produced.
Three numbers drive this page: graphics demand 7 (from the recommended card), CPU score 32 (from an assumed processor line) and VRAM of 2 GB at 1080p High (estimated from the demand score).
Each card is scored against the game demand, then scaled for resolution, quality preset and DLSS, FSR or XeSS-style upscaling. If a card has less VRAM than the game wants, the estimate drops, and a processor ceiling stops frame rates running away.
All FPS, VRAM and CPU figures are modelled. They are meant for comparing hardware and settings, and your own testing should have the last word.
