Can my PC run it?
Test your own GPU, CPU and settings on this title
NamaTakahashi, tiny cactus studio, Tsuyomi developed Öoo, an Action/Adventure/Indie game that has been out for about 15 months. Below you will find the published system requirements, modelled FPS for 28 GPUs, graphics memory estimates, CPU and RAM guidance and a settings plan.

Where this game sits among 937 modelled titles, with a look at what that means for each class of card.
On our demand scale Öoo scores 4. That makes it harder to run than 0% of the 937 games in our data set, which we class as a light game for graphics hardware.
Behind the number is the publisher minimum card, Intel HD 4000 +, converted to an equivalent 1080p High workload. That makes the score comparable between games, though not exact for any single one.
For the processor we score Öoo at 32, which is above 47% of our data set.
Everything Steam names for Öoo, then what it means for real hardware.
These are the developer figures on Steam, and patches can change them.
The minimum card, Intel HD 4000 +, is the floor Steam sets. In our model it manages about 147 FPS at 1080p on Low settings, and 81 FPS if you push it to High.
The publisher gives a minimum specification and nothing higher, so we model Öoo from the minimum card. That makes the estimates more approximate than usual.
Steam sets memory at 2 GB RAM minimum, 2 GB RAM recommended, and asks for 300 MB available space of storage.
Which card hits which target in Öoo, from a 30 FPS floor to 4K.

If you are comparing Öoo with other games, these pages cover titles with a similar hardware appetite or shared genres. Demand scores run on the same scale, so they are directly comparable.
At the time we checked (2026-11-02) Steam showed 2,255 reviews with a Overwhelmingly Positive rating and 99% positive. That is a useful signal for how widely played Öoo is.
Being out for about 15 months, Öoo may still receive performance patches, so keep it updated and keep your graphics drivers current.
The facts above are from the public Steam store page. We have not benchmarked every card, so treat the frame rates on this page as modelled figures.
A short, honest note on how the numbers are produced.
The inputs for Öoo are a graphics demand of 4 (taken from the minimum card), a processor score of 32 (from an assumed processor line) and 2 GB of VRAM at 1080p High (estimated from the demand score).
The model divides a card's performance score by the game demand, scaled for resolution, preset and DLSS, FSR or XeSS-style upscaling, with a penalty when memory runs short and a ceiling set by a fast reference processor.
Please read the figures as estimates rather than measurements. Drivers, game updates, temperatures and the part of the game you are playing can all move them.
Short answers to the most common questions about running Öoo on PC.
The minimum card is Intel HD 4000 + and the recommended card is Intel HD 4000 +. For the processor, Steam suggests Intel i3+, and RAM runs from 2 GB RAM to 2 GB RAM. Storage needed is 300 MB available space.
The quickest route is the can my PC run it checker. As a rule of thumb, the GTX 1060 6GB is the first card we tested that holds 60 FPS at 1080p on High.
Aim for the GTX 1060 6GB or better for 1080p at 60 FPS on High; the RTX 5050 is the first current RTX 50 card to manage it.
At 1440p, 60 FPS on High starts with the GTX 1060 6GB. In the RTX 50 range that means the RTX 5050 or above.
Expect roughly 253 FPS at 1080p and 253 FPS at 1440p on High. With 8 GB of memory, 1440p is comfortable, so you can usually raise the settings.
Expect close to 253 FPS at native 1440p on High, or about 253 FPS upscaled. Your processor and drivers can shift the result.
At 4K you will lean on upscaling: the RTX 5050 is where RTX 50 first manages 60 FPS on High that way.
Expect 2 GB at 1080p, 2.6 GB at 1440p and 3.6 GB at 4K. That leaves 8GB fine for 1080p and fine for 1440p, so keep a margin.
Our estimate is 2 GB at 1080p, 2.6 GB at 1440p and 3.6 GB at 4K on the High preset. That is derived from the publisher recommended specs, so it is a guide rather than a measurement.
Steam recommends Intel i3+ and lists Intel i3+ as the minimum. In our estimates Core i3-12100F, Ryzen 5 3600, Core i5-12400F, Ryzen 5 5600 and faster can keep a card fed above 60 FPS here.
Steam names 2 GB RAM as the minimum and 2 GB RAM as recommended. With Windows and a browser or chat app open, 16 GB is a sensible target.
Steam does not state an SSD requirement, but an SSD is recommended for loading times. Plan for 300 MB available space of free space.
The laptop GPUs that hold 60 FPS at 1080p on High at typical power are RTX 5050 Laptop, RTX 5060 Laptop, RTX 5070 Laptop, RTX 5070 Ti Laptop, RTX 5080 Laptop, RTX 5090 Laptop. Wattage and cooling will change that.
Start on High, turn on the best DLSS, FSR or XeSS-style upscaling mode the game offers, then lower the heaviest settings such as shadows and volumetric effects. The settings table above gives a starting point for several cards.
