This is our PC performance guide for Mixtape, an Adventure and Indie title by Beethoven and Dinosaur. It covers requirements, estimated FPS across 28 cards, memory needs, CPU and RAM advice, settings and what to expect on a gaming laptop.

Where it lands among 937 modelled titles, and what that means for different classes of GPU.
We rate the graphics demand of Mixtape at 42. That puts it above 95% of the 937 modelled games and firmly in the demanding band.
Behind the number is the publisher recommended card, GeForce RTX 3080, converted to an equivalent 1080p High workload. That makes the score comparable between games, though not exact for any single one.
Its CPU score is 35, so it asks more of a processor than 87% of the games in our list.
The official specs for Mixtape, compared with real GPUs and processors.
These are the developer figures on Steam, and patches can change them.
Steam names Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 as the minimum GPU. Expect around 42 FPS at 1080p Low, or around 23 FPS if you raise the preset to High.
At the recommended level Steam lists GeForce RTX 3080. We estimate 67 FPS at 1080p and 43 FPS at 1440p on High. That is above 60 FPS at 1080p, so the recommended spec reads as a comfortable 1080p target.
For the processor, Steam lists Intel Core i5-10600K. In our model a chip in that class can prepare around 102 FPS in this game, so it will not hold back most mid-range cards.
RAM starts at 8 GB RAM and goes to 16 GB RAM for the recommended tier, while the install needs 12 GB available space.

The table reads the model results as plain advice. Older cards such as the GTX 1060 and RTX 2060 are measured against the same High settings, so a poor result there usually means "drop to Medium", not "cannot run".
Between the RTX 5060 (58 FPS at 1440p) and the RTX 5070 (100 FPS) there is roughly a 71% difference in Mixtape.
Settings that hold 60 FPS at 1080p, 1440p and 4K, worked out for this game.
1080p is straightforward on RTX 3060 12GB, RTX 4060, RTX 5060, which hold 60 FPS on High natively here, so you only need DLSS, FSR or XeSS-style upscaling for extra smoothness.
Use the table as a starting point: it shows the highest preset that still reaches 60 FPS for each card at 1080p.
| Card | Best preset | Upscaling | Est. FPS |
|---|---|---|---|
| GTX 1660 Super | High | Quality upscaling | 66 |
| RTX 3060 12GB | Ultra | Quality upscaling | 71 |

The memory and storage Steam asks for, and how to read it.
The publisher lists 8 GB RAM of memory as the minimum and 16 GB RAM as recommended. In real use, with everything else running, 16 GB is enough for most people.
Free up around 12 GB before you install. On a 100 Mbps connection the download is roughly 19 min, and on 500 Mbps about 4 min.
Steam does not state an SSD requirement, so an SSD still improves loading times, but a hard drive should not stop the game launching.
Work out your total in the RAM calculator, which adds your usual background apps to what the game asks for. Estimate the wait with the download time calculator.

A short, honest note on how the numbers are produced.
Three numbers drive this page: graphics demand 42 (from the recommended card), CPU score 35 (from the listed processor line) and VRAM of 6 GB at 1080p High (estimated from the demand score).
In short: card performance divided by game demand, adjusted for resolution, preset and DLSS, FSR or XeSS-style upscaling, reduced when VRAM is short and capped by processor speed.
These are modelled estimates, not benchmarks. Real results change with drivers, patches, cooling, the scene you play and your processor. Use the numbers to compare cards and settings, then check them in the game.
The questions players ask most about Mixtape on PC.
